About Us
Manifest Destinations Group, Inc. (MDG) is a US-based tour operations, investment, representative agency, and consultancy specializing in creating and operating unique and authentic experiences for the global traveler.
Founded in 1999, MDG has three divisions. The first is MDG Tour Operations. Specializing in remote, underserved, or relatively unknown destinations, MDG Tour Operations has created and operated several wholly-owned, single-destination tour companies, all specializing in the insanely challenging and often overlooked market of FIT (Free Independent Traveler) packages. Designed for the smaller group of travelers who wish to travel at their pace and almost always like to customize itineraries as per their preference. These small, private groups of 2-6 pax are exclusively the target market of MDG Tour Operations.
MDG Tour Consultancy is the second division specializing in creating itineraries for other travel companies, affinity groups, and destination managers. Working under contract, MDG Tour Consultancy is tasked with creating turn-key travel programs that are immediately implementable without additional investment or dedicated resources. “Use what you have” is the motto in developing contracted itineraries rather than proposing pie-in-the-sky plans that are often out of scale or budget.
MDG Representative Agency is the final division that acts as an intermediary between tour operators and travel agents/travelers.
Tour Operations
Often we encounter underserved or undiscovered destinations that lack existing tour operators but have fantastic potential. In those cases, MDG Tour Operations will create itineraries using existing resources and market, sell, and operate the tours ourselves.
SAHARATREK MOROCCO
Since 1999, SaharaTrek has been in Morocco. Starting in M’Hmaid, a small village on the edge of the Sahara, SaharaTrek took over a historic French Foreign Legion post and turned it into a camel and trek center. Over the years, we’ve expanded, developing a network of reliable contacts with quality accommodations and guides throughout all of Morocco.
GuianasTrek Surinam
Our newest venture in the Guianas region of South America, the MDG Tour Operations team is currently on the ground setting up every detail based on our target markets’ desires.
As of 03/20/2023, operations have been suspended due to political, economic, and racial instability in the country.

Representative Agency
As a representative agency, we use our established and licensed tour company and in-house travel advisors to sell tour packages on behalf of select tour operators to travel agents and customers in the US market. We provide assistance in web hosting, booking, organizing, collecting payment, and coordinating travel arrangements for individuals or groups. We also handle customer inquiries, provide destination information, and offer support throughout the duration of the tour.
